FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that serial Retail FX entrepreneur Roei Gavish is continuing to expand his empire, acquiring Spain based CNMV-licensed Activotrade AV. The company operates the activotrade.com website, a popular FX and CFDs broker focusing on the Spanish market.
The company was sold to Roei Gavish’s CySEC-licensed Cypriot holding company Trade Capital Markets (TCM) Ltd by Activotrade founder Raza Perez. Trade Capital Markets operates the Trade.com retail online trading brand. It also owns FCA-licensed Livemarkets.com.
